CenoHub is a platform that helps users discover merchants, place orders, make payments, and receive deliveries for food, groceries, pharmacy items, and everyday essentials. These Terms apply to your use of the CenoHub services and any related features, content, or support tools we make available.
Eligibility and acceptance
You may use CenoHub only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

- Orders are requests for fulfillment and may be declined, canceled, delayed, or modified due to stock, operational, safety, legal, or quality-control reasons.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can change based on demand, traffic, weather, merchant readiness, rider availability, or other operational factors.
- You are responsible for providing accurate addresses, access instructions, and contact details.
Pricing and payments
Prices displayed in the app may include product costs, service fees, delivery fees, taxes, regulatory charges, or other applicable amounts. You authorize CenoHub and its payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including approved substitutions or adjusted totals where applicable.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers, and your use of those payment services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Cancellations, refunds, and issues
Refunds, credits, and other resolutions are assessed based on the circumstances of each order, applicable law, and our support policies. Some fees may be non-refundable once preparation or fulfillment has started.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CenoHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
